This is a tubular extractor (header) set for the 6.2L V8 Silverado 1500. It runs 1-7/8in primary tubes into 3in outlets and wears a silver ceramic coating. The coating is the headline of this variant: a thermal-barrier finish meant to hold heat inside the tube and resist surface corrosion, as opposed to a bare or painted header.
What do ceramic-coated extractors change?
Extractors swap the cast manifolds for tuned tubular runners to scavenge each cylinder more evenly. The ceramic coat is there to keep more heat in the gas stream and off the surrounding engine bay, and to slow rust on the outside of the tube.
