Holden Commodore VL Commodore 3.0L 6 Cylinder 3in Catback Muffler/Muffler.
Category: Mufflers and resonators

The MPI Automotive MKHN0027 is a 3in cat-back with twin mufflers for the VL Holden Commodore, 3.0L six-cylinder. The 3in bore is the larger option for the naturally aspirated VL six, paired with two mufflers for a controlled note on the bigger pipe.
A 3in cat-back is the larger of the bore options for the 3.0L six, freeing the rear of the system over the factory pipe where a worked or hard-driven VL wants the room. Running two mufflers on that larger bore keeps the silencing in check, so it lifts the breathing without leaving the note open. This is the naturally aspirated VL fitment, not the turbo car.
Cat-back means the section from the catalytic-converter flange rearward is renewed — intermediate pipe, mufflers and tailpipe — while the cat and front section stay as fitted, leaving the emissions hardware in place. The twin-muffler layout here spreads the silencing along the run for a more subdued note than a single can on the same bore.
It is listed to fit the VL Commodore with the 3.0L six-cylinder. Confirm your exact model, year and that it is the naturally aspirated six rather than the turbo with the workshop before ordering.
