Why a centre muffler only?
With only a centre muffler doing the silencing and no rear box, the MKHN0080 carries a freer, harder note than a dual-muffler layout would. The centre position tempers mid-range resonance and drone while leaving the tail more open. It keeps the catalytic converter, so the emissions hardware the ute left the factory with stays in place — this is the with-cat layout, not an off-road delete.
