The MPI Automotive MKHN0337 is a 3in cat-back for the VF HSV Maloo V8 ute, running a muffler at each silencing stage. The ute-specific routing under the tray is what sets it apart from the sedan and wagon versions in the range.
Why the ute-specific routing?
The Maloo is the ute body, so the MKHN0337 is shaped to run back under the tray and around the ute's rear floor rather than into a sedan boot or wagon tail. The 3in bore suits the V8's output, and with a muffler at each stage it stays chambered front and rear for a fuller note without going wide open. It's the cat-back, so it changes the system from the cat rearward and leaves the engine-side hardware alone.
