At 3in, the MPI Automotive MKHN0369 is a de-cat turbo-back for the DPF-equipped Holden Colorado RG 2.8L (August 2016-on), running a hotdog resonator. The 3in bore and deleted cat make it the freest-flowing build for the later RG ute.
What does the 3in de-cat turbo-back do?
MKHN0369 runs turbo-back at 3in, replacing the exhaust from the turbo outlet rearward on the DPF-equipped RG Colorado. The 3in diameter sizes it for the engine, while deleting the catalytic converter clears the largest in-line restriction and a hotdog resonator damps only lightly. That combination makes it the most open-flowing configuration in this RG family.
Is it road legal in NSW?
No. Because it deletes the catalytic converter, it is not ADR 79/04 compliant for road registration in NSW and is for off-road use only. It's intended for off-road RG Colorado builds where emissions compliance isn't required. For a registered ute, choose the with-cat 3in variant.
Will it suit my Colorado RG 2.8L?
It's listed to fit the Holden Colorado RG 2.8L from August 2016 with DPF. Later RG builds carry the DPF, so confirm your exact configuration with the workshop before ordering.
