Built without a rear muffler, the MPI Automotive MKHN0376 is a with-cat, straight-through system for the short-wheelbase Holden Colorado RC 3.0L (2008–2010). It keeps the catalytic converter while deleting the muffler for a more open note.
What does the muffler-delete layout do?
MKHN0376 retains the catalytic converter but leaves out a rear muffler, so the gas runs straighter to the tailpipe on the SWB Colorado RC. That gives a more open, louder character than a mufflered system while keeping back-pressure low. With the cat still in line, the emissions hardware stays where the factory put it — the part that matters for road compliance on a diesel ute.
