The MPI Automotive MKIZ0014 is a turbo-back exhaust listed to fit the Isuzu D-Max 3.0L (2017–2020). It's supplied with the catalytic converter retained, so the emissions hardware stays in place.

A turbo-back run replaces the exhaust from the turbo outlet rearward to the tailpipe — the full span behind the turbo, and a bigger job than a cat-back.
