The Pacemaker PH4035L_R is an extractor set listed to fit the Ford Falcon XR–XY running the 351 Windsor V8. It replaces the cast factory exhaust manifolds on the Windsor-engined car.
What is an extractor set and what does it change?
Extractors, also called headers, bolt to the cylinder heads in place of the cast factory manifolds and form the front of the exhaust. On a V8 like the 351 Windsor they give each cylinder its own tuned primary pipe before the pipes merge, which is the part of the system the cast manifold compromises. This set is cut for the Windsor head and block, which differ from the Cleveland family, so the engine identity matters. We publish no flow, power or sound figures for it and won't invent any.
Will it suit my Ford Falcon?
It's listed to fit the XR through XY Falcon with the 351 Windsor. Windsor and Cleveland 351s are different engines with different ports, so the key check is confirming yours is the Windsor before ordering. The L_R suffix means a matched left and right pair for the two banks of the V8.
Is it road legal?
