Category: Extractors and headers

The Redback RBH242 headers are listed to fit the Toyota Landcruiser 105 Series (FZJ105) from 01/1998. They replace the cast exhaust manifold on that petrol Landcruiser.
Headers replace the engine's cast exhaust manifold with tubular primaries that merge into a collector, giving each cylinder a more even path out of the head. On the 105 Series Landcruiser they bolt up at the head as the first stage of the exhaust, with the rest of the system separate downstream. It's a manifold-area change, not a full exhaust replacement. The supplier publishes no flow, power or sound figures for the RBH242 and we won't quote any.
The RBH242 is listed to fit the Toyota Landcruiser 105 Series, chassis code FZJ105, from 01/1998. The 105 Series spans several variants, so confirm your build with us; the FZJ105 engine and chassis code are the key match here. We check the part against your vehicle against the listing before ordering.
The RBH242 is a header, not a catalytic converter delete. Road compliance depends on the rest of the exhaust and on NSW requirements, which we'll work through with you. The supplier publishes no compliance approval and we won't imply one.
Oak Flats Muffler Men fits Redback headers like the RBH242 in the Illawarra. On the 105 Series we fit fresh gaskets, set correct torque and seal the collector cleanly so it holds through heat cycling. We confirm the listing and your FZJ105 build first. RRP is listed at 865 AUD; fitting is quoted once we've seen the vehicle.
