The RAW 4x4 RCA407 is an upper control arm listed to fit the 2020-on Isuzu D-Max (8th-generation) dual-cab ute. A control arm is a steering and geometry part — it locates the top of the front upright — so it's a different job again to a spring or a shock.
What does an upper control arm change?
The upper control arm holds the top of the front upright and helps set the front wheel's geometry. On a lifted or modified D-Max the standard arm can run short of clearance or articulation, and an aftermarket upper control arm like the RCA407 is the part fitted to restore correct geometry and ball-joint angle at the new ride height.
