Holden Commodore VU - VZ V8 Ute Left Hand Side 3in Rear Muffler (Tip not Included) for selected vehicle applications.
Category: Mufflers and resonators

The MPI Automotive SSMBM450MF is the left-hand-side 3in rear muffler for the V8 Holden Commodore VU–VZ ute, supplied without a tip. The handed LHS fitment at a 3in bore is what marks it out — it's the left half of the rear silencing on the V8 ute.
The V8 VU–VZ ute's rear mufflers are handed to suit each side's routing, and the SSMBM450MF is the left-hand unit at a 3in bore. As the final silencer on that side it shapes the tailpipe note directly, with the larger 3in bore matched to the V8 Commodore ute rather than a six.
This muffler is supplied without a tailpipe tip, so you keep the original finisher or specify one separately. That suits a renewal where the factory tip is sound and only the rusted-out silencer needs replacing, and it keeps the left-side part focused on the muffler itself.
It's listed to fit the V8 Holden Commodore VU–VZ ute on the left-hand side at 3in. With several updates across that run, confirm your exact model, which side you need and your existing pipe size with the workshop before ordering — the right side uses a separate part.
