Chevrolet Silverado 1500 6.2L V8 Full Exhaust System With Extractors, Cats and Twin 3in Cat Back.
Category: Extractors and headers

The MPI Automotive SSMKCH0003 is a full exhaust system listed to fit the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 6.2L V8. It combines extractors, cats and a twin 3in cat-back run.
This is a nose-to-tail package for the Silverado 1500: tubular extractors off each bank, catalytic converters, and a twin 3in cat-back section. Because the system includes cats, the factory emissions hardware stays in place. This is the uncoated extractor version of the Silverado 1500 full system in this range. Muffler, material and tip detail aren't published by the supplier, so we leave those out.
Extractors replace the cast factory manifolds with tubular runners so each cylinder's pulse leaves separately before merging. The cat-back portion then carries the twin 3in pipes rearward from the converters. On the 6.2L V8 Silverado, the SSMKCH0003 reworks the whole system from the heads back while keeping the catalytic converters in line.
The SSMKCH0003 is listed to fit the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 6.2L V8. Silverado specifications vary across body and trim, so confirm your exact build with the workshop before ordering.
Oak Flats Muffler Men fits full Silverado systems like this in-house across the Illawarra. A nose-to-tail job covers header access at both banks, fitting the cats in line, and routing the twin 3in cat-back under a large body with proper clearances. Send your build and we'll confirm fitment and book it in.
