MPI Automotive Holden Colorado RG 2.8L DPF Aug 2016 On 3in Turbo Back Without Cat & Without Muffler.
Category: Mufflers and resonators

The MPI Automotive SSMKHN0370 is a 3in turbo-back system for the post-August-2016 Holden Colorado RG 2.8L (DPF), deleting both the catalytic converter and the rear muffler. It's the largest-bore, most open build in this RG range.
A turbo-back replaces the exhaust from the turbo outlet all the way back — a longer span than a cat-back and the bigger-bore step where a 2.8L diesel like the RG's tends to free up. At 3in the SSMKHN0370 is sized for the engine, and with both the cat and the muffler deleted it's the freest-flowing version of this section.
Removing the catalytic converter changes the emissions hardware the RG left the factory with, and dropping the muffler removes the rear silencer entirely, so this is loud and open. Because it deletes the catalytic converter on a road-relevant system, it is not ADR 79/04 compliant for road registration in NSW and is intended for off-road or competition use only.
It's listed to fit the Holden Colorado RG 2.8L from August 2016, the DPF model. That dating matters because the DPF-era RG exhaust differs from earlier builds. Confirm your exact variant and DPF setup with the workshop before ordering.
