The MPI Automotive SSMKHN0445 is the fully open build for the Holden Colorado RC 3.0L (long-wheelbase, 2010-2012): catalytic converter deleted and no rear muffler, for the freest path this system offers. It is the loudest, least restricted option in its family.
What does the no-cat, no-muffler build give you?
With both the catalytic converter and the rear muffler removed, this is the most open system in the LWB Colorado range. Nothing in the path absorbs or reflects gas, so the 3.0L diesel runs the freest flow and the hardest note the system can produce. It is aimed squarely at owners chasing flow and sound over a quiet cabin.
What does the long-wheelbase fitment mean?
This part is the LWB version, routed and sized for the longer-chassis Colorado RC from 2010 to 2012. Wheelbase changes the length and hanger positions of the underbody pipework, so the LWB and short-wheelbase systems are not interchangeable.
Is it road legal?
