STING Throttle MAX Controller.0L 2007 - 2015 (SKU: STM801) Engineered for a wide range.
Category: Performance chips and ECU remaps

For the Nissan Patrol GU Y61 3.0L (2007–2015), the MPI Automotive STM801 Sting Throttle Max is a plug-in throttle controller. It reshapes the accelerator-pedal signal so the 3.0L answers more directly off idle — a feel change, not a remap.
The GU Y61 runs a drive-by-wire pedal that Nissan maps softly for smooth low-speed driving. The STM801 sits on that pedal connector and remaps the signal through selectable modes, so the same pedal travel calls for throttle sooner. It doesn't alter fuelling, boost or the factory ECU tune.
It's listed to fit the Nissan Patrol GU Y61 with the 3.0L engine, 2007 to 2015. Throttle controllers match on the pedal harness rather than the badge alone, so confirm your exact build and connector with the workshop before ordering.
The STM801 is not a tune and won't change the Patrol's published outputs. We don't quote power, torque or economy figures for it — none are in the supplier data. It's about sharpening throttle response and removing the lazy-off-idle feel, with the factory calibration left intact.
Oak Flats Muffler Men supplies and fits the STM801 in-house across the Illawarra. It plugs into the pedal harness with the controller mounted within the driver's reach; book it in and we'll confirm the connector and set the modes. It's a quick electronic install with nothing cut or welded, and the controller carries an RRP of $261.45; if it's not on the shelf we can special-order it from MPI Automotive against your build.
Stocked and fitted by Oak Flats Muffler Men, the Illawarra exhaust and 4x4 specialist in Oak Flats, NSW.
