The RAW 4x4 BSK1028 is a bush, shackle, pin and U-bolt kit listed to fit the Toyota Landcruiser 70 Series mid-wheelbase models — FJ/BJ70, BJ71, FJ/BJ73 and FJ/BJ74. It's the leaf-spring mounting hardware, not a spring or damper.
What the kit replaces
A leaf-sprung 70 Series uses bushes for the spring eyes to pivot in, a shackle and pin to let the spring extend as it flexes, and U-bolts to clamp the pack to the axle. Years of off-road work perish the bushes and stretch the U-bolts, leaving clonks and a loose rear. The BSK1028 packages those wear items so the spring mounts on a hard-used 70 can be renewed together.
Best done with a spring change
Fitting new leaf springs onto perished bushes and tired U-bolts wastes the springs, so this kit is normally installed at the same time as a spring job. New springs pivoting on new bushes and clamped by new U-bolts is what genuinely restores a saggy, noisy 70. If you're tracking a specific noise, we'll find the worn part first.
