What does this extractor set cover?
The FX-669 is an extractor set for the 2H-engine Land Cruiser — tube runners that bolt to the cylinder head in place of the cast factory manifold. It is listed for the HJ47, HJ60 and HJ75, and routed inside the chassis. It is the front section of the exhaust, taking the gases off the engine and feeding the rest of the system.
What is an inside-chassis extractor and what does it change?
An extractor replaces the cast manifold with separate tubes that merge downstream, aiming to reduce the back-pressure off the engine.
