This kit is built on a 2½in bore, the more street-oriented sizing for a VE–VF that hasn't been pushed to a full big-bore build. A 2½in run keeps gas speed up for everyday response while still freeing the system over standard, and it's made in 304 stainless for corrosion life over raw or aluminised tube. The four SC tips finish it at the rear bar with a tidy twin-each-side look.
Two hotdog resonators and an X-pipe crossover handle the tuning. The X-pipe balances pressure across the banks and smooths the note, while the hotdogs cut drone with a straight-through path rather than a restrictive chamber. It's a free-breathing layout that leans on resonators and tip count instead of a heavy rear muffler, matched here to the milder 2½in bore.
