This kit runs a 2½in bore in 304 stainless — the street-oriented sizing for a VE–VF that hasn't gone to a full big-bore build — and finishes in four AC tips at the rear. The 304 grade is the corrosion-life choice over raw or aluminised tube, which matters on a ute that lives outdoors. The AC tips set the styling at the bar, distinct from the SC-tip versions in the same family.
Two hotdog resonators and an X-pipe crossover handle the tuning. The X-pipe evens pressure between the banks and smooths the note, while the hotdogs cut drone with a straight-through path rather than a restrictive chamber. It's a free-breathing layout leaning on resonators and the tip count instead of a heavy rear muffler, matched to the milder 2½in bore.
