Built in 304 stainless and supplied with two Everflo mufflers, this Exhaust Systems Australia cat-back kit (HOLDEN-COMMODORE-VL-TURBO-SEDAN-3-1-2-STAINLESS-CATBACK-KIT-INC-2-X-EVERFLO-MUFF) is the complete stainless rear-section solution for the VL Turbo Commodore sedan. The full kit — stainless construction plus a pair of mufflers — is what sets it apart from the single-muffler sections.
This is a full cat-back kit, not a single section: it supplies the pipework from the catalytic converter rearward along with two Everflo mufflers in one box. Running a pair of mufflers — typically a centre and a rear — lets the system manage resonance in stages on the turbocharged VL six. The cat and front of the exhaust stay as fitted; this renews the whole back half.
The VL Turbo is a sought-after sedan that owners keep and restore, and a 304-stainless cat-back resists the corrosion and heat-bluing that rot a mild-steel system over decades.
