Supplied by Exhaust Systems Australia, IRS stands for independent rear suspension, and the rear cradle and clearance differ from a live-axle car, so the exhaust has to route around it. This is the IRS-specific cat-back kit for the VP-VS, carrying twin Everflo mufflers shaped to clear that rear end. The Everflo flow-through design opens the rear breathing while the twin-muffler layout keeps the note even.
As a cat-back kit it replaces the system from behind the catalytic converter rearward and keeps the factory cat. At 2in it is sized to the VP-VS, and the kit packages both Everflo mufflers as one matched rear run built around the IRS clearance.
