Two Everflo mufflers, no resonator — that's the character of this kit (HOLDEN-COMMODORE-VT-VY-V6-UTE-WAGON-2-1-2-CATBACK-KIT-INC-2-X-EVERFLO-MUFFLERS), a 2in cat-back for the VT–VY V6 Holden Commodore ute and wagon. Running a muffler at the mid and another at the rear keeps the note subdued through the whole back section.
Both quietening stages here are Everflo mufflers — absorptive/chambered units that soak up sound rather than just resonate a frequency. A second muffler in the line gives a more thoroughly damped, quieter result than a single muffler or a muffler-plus-resonator pairing. For a V6 ute or wagon that's the calmer, more conservative tune of the cat-back options.
