With one Everflo muffler and a tailpipe, this is the simplest VT–VY V6 cat-back — no second muffler, no resonator. The Everflo is an absorptive/chambered unit that quietens by soaking up sound, keeping the note civil. It's the straightforward rear replacement at 2in for an owner who wants the system renewed without a sound-tuning exercise, and the least hardware of the VT–VY ute and wagon options.
The cat-back is the section from the catalytic converter rearward, sized at 2in for the V6. The converter and front pipe stay; this kit reworks the rear with a single muffler and tailpipe, leaving the engine's standard breathing untouched.
