It's listed to fit the Holden Commodore VY Series II V6 in ute and wagon bodies, which route their exhaust differently to the sedan.
The ute and wagon share a longer load-area floor and a different rear overhang to the sedan, so the cat-back run, hanger spacing and tailpipe exit are cut for those bodies rather than carried over from the sedan kit. Building the kit to that shape means the pipework follows the VY Series II ute/wagon underbody cleanly. It runs two Everflo mufflers on a 2in body to suit the standard or lightly worked V6.
A cat-back replaces the system from the catalytic converter back — pipe, mufflers and tailpipe — so the factory cat and the emissions hardware ahead of it stay put. Splitting the silencing across two Everflo mufflers spreads the work along the longer ute/wagon floor instead of loading a single rear box, which tends to give an even note down the length of the car. Supplied as a complete kit, it bolts up as a section.
