Supplied as open 3in pipe in place of the factory centre silencer, the MPI Automotive MBM774WOM is the without-muffler centre section for the GWM Cannon ute (2.0L turbo-diesel, 2020–2024). It's the freest-flowing centre choice — and the keenest-priced way into a 3in centre on the Cannon.
Why run the centre without a muffler?
Deleting the centre silencer and running a clear 3in pipe takes a restriction out of the middle of the system, so the gas moves with the least resistance and the note opens up. It's the loudest and most direct of the centre options, and because there's no muffler to build, it's the most affordable. Owners chasing flow and a harder tone — and happy to manage the extra volume — tend to start here.
