The MPI Automotive MKTY0067 is a 2.5in extractor set listed to fit the Toyota Landcruiser HZJ75 and HZJ78. It replaces the factory cast manifold with tubular headers and carries a 2.5in front pipe behind them.
What does this extractor set do?
Extractors take the place of the heavy cast factory manifold with separate tubular runners, so exhaust gas leaves each cylinder through its own pipe before merging. On the diesel HZJ75/78 Landcruiser that's a tidier path off the head than the original casting. The MKTY0067 runs a 2.5in front section to size the pipe that leaves the extractors.
