This is the complete extractor-back package for the HJ75 4.0L 2H: extractors at the head, then 2.5in pipework all the way back through a muffler. On the older 2H diesel six, the cast manifold and narrow factory line are the first restriction, so opening the whole path to a matched 2.5in run is about flow through the system rather than any figure we can quote.
What are extractors and where do they sit?
Extractors (headers) replace the factory cast manifold with tubular runners off each cylinder that merge downstream, letting each exhaust pulse leave more freely. They sit at the front of the engine, at the head, and on the MKTY0111 they feed the 2.5in system back to the muffler.
