This is the KUN26R Hilux with the 3.0L D-4D turbo-diesel — the earlier IFS Hilux, distinct from the later GUN126R 2.8L trucks. The MKTY0148 is a 3in system for that vehicle, configured with the catalytic converter retained and the muffler deleted. The supplier does not publish the pipe material, tip style or full component list, so we read those off the truck rather than the title.
What does keeping the cat but losing the muffler do?
