Category: Filters and engine bay accessories

The MPI Automotive PL652DPK is a ProVent oil catch can kit listed to fit the 2024-on Mitsubishi Triton MV. It works on the crankcase breather to keep oil mist out of the intake — an engine-bay maintenance fitment, not an exhaust or tuning part.
As a diesel runs, the crankcase breathes out oil mist and moisture. Left to recirculate, that vapour passes back through the intake and bakes onto the inlet tract and EGR plumbing over time. The PL652DPK intercepts the breather line, separates the oil and condensation in a coalescing filter, drains the oil away and returns cleaner air. It's a single-purpose catch can — the crankcase side only — rather than a combined fuel-and-oil kit.
The MV is the latest Triton generation, new for 2024, so its breather routing and engine-bay layout differ from earlier models. This kit is listed specifically for it, meaning the bracket and hoses suit the MV rather than an older arrangement. On a new ute that'll see towing and touring duty, keeping the intake clean from the outset is the appeal.
It's listed to fit the 2024-on Mitsubishi Triton MV. Confirm your exact build date and variant with the workshop before ordering — a new platform is worth verifying on the car, and feed data can be imperfect.
Oak Flats Muffler Men fits ProVent kits like this in-house across the Illawarra. The work is plumbing the can into the breather line and mounting the bracket — no exhaust cutting. We route the drain so it stays serviceable and check clearances against hot and moving parts. The can is a maintenance item, so we'll flag a check interval at handover. It's priced at the listed catalogue RRP.
