The MPI Automotive PLPV629DPC is a combo kit for the Mitsubishi Triton MQ, joining a Preline-Plus diesel fuel pre-filter and a ProVent crankcase catch can under one part number.
What does this kit bundle?
Two engine-bay items for the one Triton MQ. The Preline-Plus is a secondary diesel pre-filter that separates water and fine grit from the fuel before the factory filter, protecting the injection hardware. The ProVent catch can draws oil mist out of the crankcase breather so it doesn't return to the intake. The PLPV629DPC supplies both as a matched set.
Will it fit my Triton MQ?
It's listed to fit the Mitsubishi Triton MQ. As with all these kits, the mounting brackets and line routing are model-specific, so the exact variant and any prior bay accessories matter. Confirm your build with the workshop before ordering.
Why combine the two?
Fuel-borne water and recirculated oil vapour are different problems on a diesel ute, one is fuel-side, one is air-side. Doing the separator and catch can together means both are covered in a single fitment instead of two separate jobs down the track, and the parts work as a matched pair sized for the same vehicle.
