Nissan Navara D23 2.3L PreLine Plus Fuel Filter & ProVent Catch Can Kit.
Category: Filters and engine bay accessories

Built for the Nissan Navara D23 2.3L, the MPI Automotive PLPV630DPK combines a Preline-Plus diesel fuel pre-filter with a ProVent catch can in a single kit, a fuel-side separator and a crankcase oil separator together.
It's a two-part engine-bay kit for the D23 Navara. The Preline-Plus is a secondary diesel pre-filter that catches water and fine particulate before the factory filter, shielding the 2.3L's injection system. The ProVent is a catch can that pulls oil mist from the crankcase breather so it's not recirculated into the intake tract. The part number bundles both for the one vehicle.
Yes, the PLPV630DPK is listed to fit the Nissan Navara D23 with the 2.3L engine. The brackets and line routing are specific to this model and engine, so confirm your exact build, and note any existing bay modifications, with the workshop before ordering.
On a worked diesel like the D23, water in the fuel and oil vapour from the breather are two slow, separate contamination sources. A combined kit addresses fuel cleanliness and breather management in one fitment rather than two.
We supply and install these MPI kits at our Illawarra workshop. The Preline-Plus and ProVent are mounted to the D23, the lines routed and clamped, and clearances checked. It's listed to fit; send your build and we'll confirm and book the bay. We carry the PLPV630DPK as a stocked MPI Automotive line; if it isn't on the shelf it's a quick special-order, and we'll match the kit's two items to your Nissan Navara 2.3L before it goes on the hoist.
