HSV VZ 6.0L 8 Cylinder Ute 1 3/4" Tuned Headers 2 1/2 Inch System. Fast shipping, warranty included.
Category: Extractors and headers

The HSV VZ 6.0-litre V8 ute gets its full 2½in system in Pacemaker PP5361-36, run off 1¾in tuned-length headers. It's the 6.0-litre HSV ute fitment as a complete engine-back package — headers and pipework matched to that motor.
PP5361-36 replaces both the factory cast manifolds and the pipework on the HSV VZ 6.0 ute. The 1¾in tuned-length headers feed a full 2½in system, so it's an engine-back change rather than a tailpipe swap — everything from the heads back is new.
The 1¾in tuned-length primary is the street-V8 bore. It keeps each cylinder's exhaust pulse moving fast enough to scavenge well while holding the low and mid-range torque a 6.0 ute leans on loaded or towing. The 2½in system behind it keeps that velocity through the rev range the ute actually uses.
It's listed to fit the HSV VZ 6.0-litre V8 ute. With no specific build year published, we treat fitment as listed-to-fit and verify it against your ute — engine, transmission and what's already fitted — before ordering anything.
Headers and pipework aren't a certified emissions device, so whether the finished ute meets NSW requirements depends on the full system and its sign-off, which we work through per vehicle. Oak Flats Muffler Men fits these HSV systems in-house across the Illawarra. Listed RRP is 4,438.29 AUD; fitting is quoted once we have the ute in the bay.
