The Pacemaker PP5363-16 is the complete 1⅞in-header system for the HSV VZ 6.0L V8, the full engine-back package, not a rear-section supply. Its headline is the larger 1⅞in primary: the higher-output header bore, supplied here as a complete set.
Why 1⅞in primaries on the 6.0?
A 1⅞in primary is larger than the smaller bores commonly run on a stock-pace street V8. It trades a touch of low-rpm gas velocity for more flow capacity higher in the rev range, so it suits a 6.0L V8 built to rev harder or carrying other breathing work, where a smaller primary would become the restriction. It's the larger-bore choice for an engine pushed past a standard street tune.
What does the complete system include?
Unlike the rear-pipe-only configuration, this PP5363-16 is the full engine-back package. The 1⅞in tuned-length headers replace the factory cast manifolds at the heads, then feed the matched system all the way back. Manifolds and original pipework both come out and are replaced as one set, so the whole exhaust is matched to the 1⅞in primary rather than mixed with leftover factory pipe.
