Pacemaker HSV VY Series 2 - VZ 5.7 8 Cylinder Ute 1 7/8 Tuned Headers 2 1/2 Inch System.
Category: Extractors and headers

Listed for the HSV VY Series 2 and VZ 5.7-litre V8 ute, the Pacemaker PP5363-29 is the complete 1⅞in-primary, 2½-inch system. It's the HSV-specific larger-primary set, supplied with the full back-end.
The PP5363-29 is listed to the HSV VY Series 2 and VZ 5.7 ute, the Maloo-era HSV range with its own exhaust routing and hardware. It's supplied complete — 1⅞in tuned headers plus the matched 2½-inch system through to the back — with the headers cut to the HSV fitment and the system following the ute underbody.
1⅞in primary tubing is the larger bore, sized for a higher-rpm, higher-output 5.7 build that can use the extra top-end flow — the more aggressive choice in the range. The tuned runners replace the cast factory manifolds and merge into a collector ahead of the 2½-inch system. We publish no power, flow or sound figures and won't quote any.
It's listed to fit the HSV VY Series 2 and VZ 5.7-litre V8 ute. Engine, transmission and any prior exhaust work change the fit, so send your build and we'll confirm the PP5363-29 against the listing before ordering.
Oak Flats Muffler Men fits these Pacemaker HSV header packages in the Illawarra. We seal the head flanges, check steering and crossmember clearance on the ute, and align the full 2½-inch system to the back. RRP is listed at 4339.16 AUD; fitting is quoted once we've seen the car.
