Ryco Kits - NAVARA D23.
Category: Filters and engine bay accessories

The MPI Automotive RC630DPK is a Ryco crankcase separator kit listed to fit the Nissan Navara D23. It fits a Ryco oil separator into the breather circuit to capture blow-by oil before it reaches the intake.
This Ryco kit is a separator can with its bracket and hoses, plumbed into the Navara's crankcase ventilation path. The blow-by gases pass through, oil mist and moisture drop out into a drainable can, and cleaner air carries on. On a D23 that tows or does long kilometres, that's the oil otherwise left to settle in the intake.
The kit is cut for the Navara D23, so the mounting and hose routing suit that generation's bay rather than a universal fit. It's the engine-bay accessory owners reach for to keep the intake cleaner over time. RRP is $439.95. Because it's model-specific it's usually brought in to order against your truck, so confirm availability and the exact bay layout when you book. The bracket and hose set come with the kit so the install stays a contained engine-bay job.
It's listed to fit the Nissan Navara D23; confirm your exact build with the workshop before ordering. Separator mounting is bay-specific, so we verify it against your truck first.
Oak Flats Muffler Men supplies and fits engine-bay kits in-house across the Illawarra. We mount the separator, splice it into the factory breather hoses and route the lines away from heat. The bay is booked once the fitment is verified on your Navara.
