This is a muffler-delete connecting pipe in stainless: the MPI Automotive SSMBE761 is a stainless 3in muffler-replacement connecting pipe listed to fit the GWM Tank 300 2.0L 4-cylinder from 2023 on. It replaces the muffler with a straight pipe for free flow, built in stainless for corrosion life.
What does a muffler-replacement pipe do?
Instead of quietening, the SSMBE761 takes the place of the muffler with a plain 3in connecting pipe — a straight-through path with no internal restriction.
