No. The SSMKCH0027 deletes the catalytic converter on a road-relevant turbo-back exhaust, so it is not ADR 79/04 compliant for road registration in NSW and is intended for off-road use only. With no cat and no muffler this is a competition or private-property build, not a registered Silverado — no softening.
