Holden WK WL S/MAN V8 2.5in Dual With Extractors Hotdog/Muffler.
Category: Extractors and headers

Listed for the Holden WK and WL Statesman V8, the MPI Automotive SSMKHN0300 is a dual 2.5in extractor system for the long-wheelbase car. Each cylinder bank runs its own 2.5in pipe, carrying a hotdog resonator and muffler.
Dual means the two banks stay separate from the extractors back, each on its own 2.5in pipe. The long-wheelbase WK/WL Statesman has the underbody length for that layout. At 2.5in the bore keeps gas speed up for street response over a heavier car, with the extractors swapping the factory cast manifolds for mandrel-bent tube-and-merge runners.
Each 2.5in side runs a hotdog resonator before its muffler. The hotdog knocks an early edge off the note mid-section, then the muffler finishes the quieting — calmer than running straight to a single muffler, but not the full twin-muffler setup. No sound figure is published; we won't quote one.
It's listed to fit the Holden WK and WL Statesman V8. Those series share the long-wheelbase platform but differ in detail, so confirm your exact car with us against the listing before ordering.
Oak Flats Muffler Men fits WK/WL Statesman systems in the Illawarra. We check the extractor flanges to your heads, route both 2.5in pipes the length of the car, hang the hotdog and muffler each side and seal the joints for heat cycling. RRP is listed at 4701.38 AUD; fitting is quoted once we've seen the car.
