What is a Tri-Y header and where does it fit?
A Tri-Y header pairs cylinders into two-into-one junctions before joining again, a layout aimed at separating exhaust pulses on a V8. Like any header set, it replaces the cast manifolds with tubular runners that bolt to the heads at the hottest part of the bay and seal with a gasket, listed here as the DSF027.
