The Exhaust Systems Australia HOLDEN-COLORADO-RG-2016-ONWARDS-2-8L-3-INCH-STAINLESS-TURBO-BACK-DPF-DELETE-EXHA is a 3in stainless DPF-delete turbo-back listed for the RG Holden Colorado 2.8L from 2016. At an RRP of $625 AUD, it is the later-RG, DPF-era counterpart to the pre-DPF 2.8L systems.
Is it road legal?
No. As the listing states, this is a DPF-delete system: it removes the diesel particulate filter the RG Colorado left the factory with. A car with the factory DPF deleted is not ADR 79/04 compliant for road registration in NSW and is for off-road use only. We will not soften that — it is the single most important thing to understand before ordering.
What is the build?
It is a 3in turbo-back in 304 stainless steel, matched to the 2.8L RG Colorado from 2016. The 304 grade is the corrosion-resistant stainless option, and the 3in bore runs from the turbo outlet rearward.
