FORD MUSTANG V8 3in DUAL CONNECTING CENTRE WITHOUT MUFFLER. (MBM635WOM) fits selected.
Category: Mufflers and resonators

The MPI Automotive MBM635WOM is a 3in dual connecting centre section without a muffler for the Ford Mustang V8 — straight pipes through the middle in place of any centre silencer. The muffler delete is the whole point: the freest, loudest centre option for the car.
The MBM635WOM runs dual straight 3in pipes through the centre, with no chamber or resonator to absorb sound there. On the Mustang's V8 that's the most open centre section — freer-flowing and louder than a hotdog or a full muffler in the same spot. It's the connecting piece for owners who want the centre wide open and the silencing left to the rear.
Stripping the centre back to plain dual pipes maximises how freely gas moves through the middle of the system. The trade-off is noise and potential drone, which straight pipes do nothing to suppress, so it leans entirely on the rear muffler for cabin comfort. MPI Automotive lists this as the dual connecting centre only; material isn't published by the supplier.
It's listed to fit the Ford Mustang V8. Because the centre is left open, confirm your full exhaust and exact build with the workshop before ordering — the rear setup determines how liveable the result is. Tip specs aren't published.
