Ford BA BF V8 Sedan 2.5in L & R CatBack Hotdog/Muffler.
Category: Mufflers and resonators

The MPI Automotive MKFD0115 splits left and right down a 2.5in cat-back for the BA/BF V8 sedan, leading with a hotdog resonator ahead of a muffler. The L-and-R routing runs a pipe each side. It's listed to fit the Ford BA/BF V8.
L-and-R means a separate pipe runs down each side of the sedan, exiting left and right rather than through a single rear path — a twin-exit layout the workshop sets up. With a hotdog resonator ahead of the rear muffler, the MKFD0115 keeps the V8 note present and clean across its 2.5in cat-back run.
The hotdog is a straight-through resonator that tunes out the cruise drone, while the muffler behind it absorbs broadly. Together they give the Falcon V8 a present, controlled note rather than the loudest one. At 2.5in it's sized for the standard eight.
It's listed for the BA/BF V8 sedan, so the left-and-right routing is shaped for that car. As a cat-back it replaces the pipework from the catalytic converter rearward and leaves the factory emissions hardware in front untouched.
