MPI Automotive Ford BF GT V8 Sedan 2.5in L & R CatBack Hotdog/Muffler.
Category: Mufflers and resonators

Listed for the BF GT V8 sedan, the MPI Automotive MKFD0123 runs left-and-right exits down a 2.5in cat-back, with a hotdog resonator ahead of a muffler. The L-and-R routing splits a pipe each side. It fits the Ford BF GT V8.
L-and-R runs a separate pipe down each side of the sedan, exiting left and right rather than through a single path — the twin-exit routing the workshop sets up for the BF GT. Combined with a hotdog resonator ahead of the rear muffler, the MKFD0123 keeps the V8 present and clean across its 2.5in run.
The hotdog is a straight-through resonator that tunes out cruise drone; the muffler behind it does the broad absorption. Together they give the GT V8 a present but controlled note, not the loudest layout. At 2.5in it's sized for the standard Falcon eight.
It's listed for the BF GT V8 sedan, so the left-and-right routing is shaped for that car. As a cat-back it replaces the pipework from the catalytic converter rearward and leaves the factory emissions hardware in front in place.
Oak Flats Muffler Men supplies and fits the MKFD0123 in-house. We set the left and right exits, confirm clearance, match the listed BF GT fitment and book the bay. As an MPI Automotive system it's a special-order item we bring in to suit your sedan, so the fitment is confirmed before we place the order rather than after. Supplier RRP is AUD 1,965.79.
