What does the full muffler buy you?
Of the three cat-delete silencing options — none, hotdog, full muffler — this one runs the full chambered muffler, which absorbs and reflects the most sound. So while it shares the open, cat-deleted breathing of its siblings, it keeps the note the most controlled. It is the pick for an owner who wants the bigger 3in pipe without a tiring drone on long drives.
What's covered by the turbo-back?
A turbo-back replaces the exhaust from the turbo outlet rearward, the full diesel run rather than a tailpipe-only change. At 3in it is sized for the engine and ends in a twin black-tip side exit. This is the value, non-stainless version of the cat-delete full-muffler layout.
Is it road legal?
