Ford Next Gen T6.2 Ranger V6 3in DPF Back Without Mufflers,.
Category: Mufflers and resonators

The MPI Automotive MKFD0275 is the rear-exit, no-muffler DPF-back for the Next-Gen T6.2 Ford Ranger V6: a 3in run with the mufflers deleted. Dropping the mufflers makes this the freer-flowing, more vocal of the Next-Gen Ranger DPF-backs.
Deleting the mufflers leaves the 3in pipe to run as freely as possible behind the diesel particulate filter. With nothing chambered in the way, the note is more vocal than a muffled DPF-back, while the DPF upstream stays in place. It's the layout for a Next-Gen Ranger owner who wants more sound and flow behind the filter without touching the emissions hardware.
A DPF-back changes only the exhaust behind the diesel particulate filter. The DPF and everything ahead of it stay as the factory fitted them, so this is the section you can open up while keeping the filtration intact. At 3in it's sized for the V6, run here without mufflers and exiting at the rear.
It's listed to fit the Next-Gen T6.2 Ford Ranger V6. Exact build and any prior exhaust changes affect what bolts up, so confirm with the workshop before ordering. The listing guides fitment but doesn't guarantee it.
Oak Flats Muffler Men supplies and fits DPF-back systems in-house across the Illawarra. We route the 3in pipe behind the DPF, check the open run clears the floor and rear, and set the hangers on the hoist. Confirm your Ranger's fitment with us and we'll book the bay.
