MPI Automotive Ford Next Gen T6.2 Ranger V6 3in DPF Back Without Mufflers,Twin Black Tip Side Exit.
Category: Mufflers and resonators

The MPI Automotive MKFD0275T-B is a 3in dpf-back cut specifically for the Ford Next-Gen T6.2 Ranger V6 — it picks up behind the diesel particulate filter, runs without mufflers for a more open note, and finishes through twin black tips at the side. This is the keener-priced, non-stainless build.
The Next-Gen T6.2 Ranger with the V6 diesel is a different platform to the earlier PX utes, so its exhaust is its own part. This dpf-back is matched to that truck — it replaces the run from behind the diesel particulate filter rearward, leaving the DPF and upstream pipework alone, sized at 3in for the V6. Ordering the SKU for your generation is what keeps the fitment honest.
With the mufflers gone, this build runs more open and louder than a dpf-back that retains them. Nothing replaces them as a silencer, so the note is fuller from the filter back, exiting through a twin black-tip side exit for the look to match.
As a dpf-back it leaves the diesel particulate filter in place rather than removing it. The deleted mufflers are a volume matter with their own noise-rule considerations. We confirm the exact build and your state's requirements with you before fitting.
