Ford Next Gen T6.2 Everest V6 3in DPF Back Without Centre Muffler and With 4in Tip.
Category: Mufflers and resonators

The MPI Automotive MKFD0299 deletes the centre muffler: a 3in DPF-back for the Next-Gen T6.2 Ford Everest V6 finishing in a 4in tip. Skipping the centre silencer is what separates this Everest DPF-back from the version that keeps one.
On this MKFD0299 the centre silencer is left out, so the 3in DPF-back runs through the mid-section without that muffler in the way. Less silencing generally means a more vocal note than a centre-muffler system, with the DPF still upstream doing its job. It's the louder-leaning of the two Everest DPF-back options for owners who want more of the V6 to come through.
A DPF-back replaces the exhaust behind the diesel particulate filter, leaving the DPF and the emissions hardware ahead of it untouched. At 3in it opens the run behind the filter; here it exits through a 4in tip. Because the DPF stays, this is the section of a diesel exhaust you can change while keeping the factory filtration in place.
It's listed to fit the Next-Gen T6.2 Ford Everest V6. Exact build and any earlier exhaust work affect what bolts up, so confirm with the workshop before ordering. Fitment data is a guide, not a guarantee.
Oak Flats Muffler Men supplies and fits DPF-back systems in-house across the Illawarra. We route the 3in pipe behind the DPF, check the open centre section clears the floor, and align the 4in tip on the hoist. Confirm your Everest's fitment with us and we'll book the bay.
