Why does the cat-delete matter on the MKIZ0023?

Deleting the catalytic converter is the headline of this SKU. On a 3.0L diesel D-Max the cat sits in the road-relevant exhaust path, so removing it changes the legal status of the vehicle. With the converter gone, this turbo-back is not ADR 79/04 compliant for road registration in NSW and is supplied for off-road use only.
