The Redback RBH083 is a set of headers listed to fit the Holden Commodore VT, VU, VX, VY and VZ with the 5.7L and 6.0L LS V8. It replaces the factory manifolds and carries a recommended retail of $1519.
On the LS V8 you get headers for both banks, replacing the cast manifolds with tuned tubes into collectors so each bank breathes out more freely than the castings allow. This is the front of the exhaust; the system behind the collectors is separate. Redback lists the set for the 5.7L and 6.0L LS Commodore; the tube diameter and material aren't published in our data, so the workshop verifies the physical part rather than us quoting figures we don't hold.
It's listed to fit the LS V8 Commodore across the VT, VU, VX, VY and VZ in 5.7L and 6.0L form. Those share the LS platform, but we still match the listing to your exact car before ordering. Tell us your model and engine size and we'll confirm the RBH083 suits it.
Headers sit ahead of the emissions and silencing equipment, so legality depends on the complete system and how the car is presented for registration in NSW. We don't make a blanket claim on a header set on its own — confirm your requirements with the workshop first.
Oak Flats Muffler Men fits LS Commodore header sets in the Illawarra. We check the head faces, studs and collector joints while the old manifolds are off, then fit the RBH083 with new gaskets. Book the Commodore in and we'll confirm access and clearances on the hoist.
