Ford Falcon BA - BF XR8/GT & FG XR8 Sedan 3in Dual LHS Rear Muffler With Chassis Bracket for selected vehicle applications.
Category: Mufflers and resonators

The MPI Automotive SSMBM507MF is the 3in dual left-hand-side rear muffler for the Falcon XR8 and GT sedan, supplied with a chassis bracket — the LHS counterpart that mounts to the chassis with its own hardware.
This is the left-side rear muffler in a dual setup, so it's cut to route and exit on the left of the sedan. It comes with a chassis bracket, which is the mounting hardware that ties the muffler to the chassis at the correct point — taking the guesswork out of where it hangs. The exit side and the included bracket are what define this part against the right-hand unit.
As the rear silencer it sets the final note at the left tailpipe on these performance Falcons. It's a dual rear unit on the left side, chambered to keep the V8 composed while flowing freely. At 3in it's sized for an engine opened up for flow rather than a stock pipe. The chassis bracket ensures it sits where the body expects it.
It's listed to fit the Ford Falcon BA/BF XR8/GT and FG XR8 sedan, for the left-hand-side exit. Confirm your exact model and exit side with the workshop before ordering, since the LHS and RHS units are different parts.
Oak Flats Muffler Men fits these rear mufflers in-house. We use the supplied chassis bracket to locate it, confirm the 3in inlet matches your pipe, and check the tip sits square at the left of the rear bar before sign-off.
